BAU Munich 2025
‘We organise companies’ - this is the claim with which we at Klaes GmbH & Co. As a leading company from Germany, we will be showcasing pioneering digitalisation solutions that enable our customers to benefit from efficient and transparent processes in the long term. The management of our family-run company, now in its second generation, will also be present in Munich to promote direct dialogue with customers, interested parties and partner companies.
- With the focus on ‘company organisation’, all processes in the value chain will be considered. ‘End-to-end digitalisation is our credo,’ explains Lars Klaes (Klaes management). ‘And our development strategy aims to increase the efficiency of our customers, regardless of company size or product portfolio.’
- ‘The very internationally attended trade fair in Munich is an important factor for our global market position. We are therefore delighted to be returning to our usual time slot and the ‘old’ Hall C3,’ adds Miriam Berzen (Klaes management), emphasising how important trade fairs are for making new contacts and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Klaes Alu plus: This solution is for aluminium window manufacturers who want to map their entire workflow in one software - together with all other construction elements and material types. The Klaes premium, professional and vario window solutions are now available with a new basis for the machine connection. In addition to the special technical and organisational requirements of this type of material, this also optimally meets the requirements of automated production.
Klaes 3D: While the solution was originally ‘only’ for facades and conservatories, it is now also used to efficiently design, calculate and produce free-standing pergola systems, patio roofs, canopies, dormers and all-glass sliding systems. Thanks to the intelligent master data system, the specifics of all material types can be perfectly mapped. The linked augmented reality app ensures ‘lifelike’ live presentations with tablets or smartphones.
Klaes e-prod horizon: The new development combines the extremely diverse areas of application in production and logistics with new freedoms for individual customisation. It is based on innovative IT technology for comprehensive web, mobile and desktop solutions. Following the successful pilot projects, all new projects will be implemented with it from 2025. In addition to the new look, customers are impressed by how easily they can implement changes themselves using the on-board tools. At the same time, the new programme architecture ensures that Klaes can provide secure and trouble-free support during ongoing operations.
Web connect: The configurators ‘Stemeseder Sonnen- und Insektenschutz’ and ‘Pirnar Haustüren’ are the latest connections to the Klaes solutions - so there are now eleven of these important links to suppliers of Klaes customers. Four more are currently being connected - including ‘heroal Sonnenschutz’. In addition, the latest expansion stage with Beck+Heun will be presented, which also provides technical information for machine control.
Klaes procure: The first expansion stage of this new solution for orders will be presented at BAU and integrates the industry's dynamic working methods into the overall workflow. The necessary exchange of information between the company divisions involved is automated. This solution is therefore based on the new Klaes platform, which is the efficient basis for all future developments.
Klaes cRM solution: The highly integrated solution enables efficient sales management with a quick and easy start. The predefined bidirectional data exchange enables a standardised, industry-specific way of working ‘out of the box’ and thus avoids the usual extensive customising for such projects. However, further customisation is still possible.
Klaes assembly planning: Connects the planning of assemblies efficiently and intuitively with the orders. Thanks to the simple input system, orders and resources are planned systematically and provide important information for day-to-day business quickly and reliably.
Klaes time management: Covers all time recording requirements. From ‘clock-in/clock-out’ to order-related times. The innovative web solution can be used for mobile and stationary recording via smartphone, tablet, PC, scanner and terminal. With practical evaluations such as the ‘heat map’ or team-related holiday calendars.
Klaes webshop and webtrade: these are the simple ‘web links’ between the local Klaes software and interested parties or customers. In order to optimally support the required dynamics in data maintenance, the preparation and provision of data in the local Klaes solution, for example, has been considerably simplified.
E-invoicing: Outgoing invoices are created in two formats with the current Klaes versions. Incoming invoices can be made readable via three solutions and the prescribed archiving is also solved - in line with the size of the company.
